Eads Auto Repair has taken care of our 2003 BMW 330i for a few months now. They always have the information about what is wrong with my vehicle and how thwy are going to fix it. No gimmicks, no additional charges unless they call me and explain thouroughly to where i can understand whats happening with my car. Tbeir qoutes are right on and their service is impecable. Extremely happy with all the service we have received from Eads Automotive Repair service in Cabot Arkansas.
We had the following work done on our Toyota Yaris: Oil Change, Coolant system flush, and new tires all the way around. We were completely satisfied. They gave us a fast appointment date, exceptional customer service, and a very reasonable price on everything. We feel comfortable with becoming a repeat customer.
On my way to the airport and got a flat. They worked me in, NO WAIT!!!! I know it doesn't always work like that but the fact that they when out of their way to make it work. 10 minutes in and out. Thank you Josh and Terry
I've been a satisfied customer of Eads since moving to Cabot 9 years ago. They do high quality work quickly and honestly. Terry Eads, the owner, stands behind all his work. I recently asked them to install the wiring harnesses for three pairs of KC HiLites beams, and dash switches, on my 1995 Jeep Wrangler. I told Terry I wanted it to look like it had been factory installed. When it was done my neighbor wanted to see the result. Once I raised the hood he was quiet for about thirty seconds, then said he couldn't see what they'd done. It looked like factory equipment! Mission accomplished at a fair price. If you're looking for a good automotive mechanic just go see Terry and his crew. You won't be disappointed.
This is a very well run automotive shop-truly a find in today's market! From the telephone service to answer my question or scheduling an appointment (or urgent request) all the way to the follow up on a completed job, these guys have their act TOGETHER! I would not bring my car anywhere else in Little Rock !
I was easily able to get an appointment within a day of calling. That wait was for my own conveniences. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about my car. The issue was.under manufacturer recall so I had no charges. I will be taking my car back to these guys next time it needs any service.
My vehicle was one with several things wrong with it, Eads kept in contact by phone advising me as the repairs progressed with advice, estimates and progress - I like that. Timely repair, excellent service and customer relations.
No problem, work was done in an excellent and timely manner. Am well pleased.
